ASSISTANT MANAGER, TALENT ACQUISITION

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing talent acquisition strategy as well as performing the end to end process of sourcing to hiring
  • Keeping up to date on the latest sourcing techniques on the job portals to ensure effective sourcing efforts
  • Pro-actively expand and grow the talent pipeline by reaching out the passive candidates, building and maintaining relationships with them
  • Liaising with internal departments to understand recruitment needs
  • Designing and providing excellent end to end candidate experience
  • Managing the recruitment databases and advertising budgets

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 2 years of Supervisory experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Well knowledgeable in Employment Acts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
