Responsibilities:
- Implementing talent acquisition strategy as well as performing the end to end process of sourcing to hiring
- Keeping up to date on the latest sourcing techniques on the job portals to ensure effective sourcing efforts
- Pro-actively expand and grow the talent pipeline by reaching out the passive candidates, building and maintaining relationships with them
- Liaising with internal departments to understand recruitment needs
- Designing and providing excellent end to end candidate experience
- Managing the recruitment databases and advertising budgets
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 2 years of Supervisory experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Well knowledgeable in Employment Acts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
