Customer Support Officer

Location: Kaki Bukit
5.5 Days Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, 8am to 12pm (Before probation)
After probation, Alt Sat 8am – 12pm (WFH)
Job Description
- Liaise with customer on work programs and service activities
- Liaise with the managers, executives & coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and scheduling
- Answer and record all incoming requisition from customers
- Disseminate work requests to operations staff and subcontractors
- Updating of work orders and schedules
- Prepare calls records summary including subcontractors work request
- Ensuring tools and equipment are issued and returned in proper working condition
- Data entry of records
