1. Prepare South and North Indian Cuisine

2. Prepare a variety of Naan breads and kebabs

3. Plan Menu and manage event's food Order

4. Control and train staff in the kitchen

5. Control cost

6. Work with Master Chef to plan and create set meals

7. Plan and create new dishes for festive seasons

8. Organize and allocate tasks for cooks to prepare misen place

9. Manage Tandoor Oven

10. Prepare masala for grinding for a variety of gravies

11. Prepare a variety of marinates and cuts for meats and vegetables

12. Create new dishes every month
