Senior/Credit Analyst (Corporate Banking)
Our client is a leading bank committed to delivering exceptional financial solutions to their clients. They are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior/Corporate Credit Analyst to join their team. As a key member of our credit analysis team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the creditworthiness of corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the credit risk of corporate clients by analyzing financial statements, cash flows, and other relevant financial data.
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and make recommendations regarding credit limits and terms.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, income statements, and balance sheets to evaluate the financial health of clients.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact credit decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and economic conditions that may affect the creditworthiness of clients.
- Conduct industry-specific research to assess the competitive landscape and identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and clients to gather additional information and clarify financial details.
- Present credit analysis findings to internal stakeholders and participate in client meetings as needed.
- Monitor the credit portfolio, identify emerging risks, and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in corporate credit analysis or a related financial role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
