Daily Operations:
- Assist in the daily operation of back-office and field work, including packing and delivering Shopee and Lazada orders every morning.
Customer Relations:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Sales Promotion:
- Engage with potential customers to present and promote our range of products and services.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within designated territories.
Product Knowledge:
- Willingness to learn about medical equipment and stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our medical equipment and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver presentations on the functionality of our medical equipment to customers at hospitals and clinics.
Continuous Growth:
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to personal and professional growth within the company.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to learn about medical equipment and the healthcare industry.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
