This is a newly created role due to business expansion, an opportunity to work with various stakeholders within the region, with our client who is well established global insurance company.

About the job

  • Developing the annual audit plan
  • Assist in gathering information from the assigned business units/regions
  • Support risk assessments and propose the annual audit plan to Head Office
  • Implementing the annual audit plan
  • Conduct audits of business units within the Asia Pacific region
  • Assist in preparing audit reports and follow-up initiatives
  • Support continuous monitoring of governance, risk, and control of each business units
  • Monitor internal audit activities, collect information, and report regularly
  • Assist in monitoring and assessing internal audit functions
  • Facilitate conversations with involved parties and stakeholders

Skills and experience required

  • At least 5 years of experience in insurance or financial audits
  • Possess strong knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Relevant qualifications such as IT audit certifications (CISA, CISSP) would be an added advantage
