- Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.00AM to 5.00PM, Saturday: 8.00AM to 12.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus + 7 Days AL (with Additional 1 Day AL per year) + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical and administrative support activities including installation, testing, commissioning, repair, retrofit, modifications, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting,
- The workshop and field battery replacement for the complete range of the Company’s power protection products.
- Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained.
- To provide 24/7 customer support through telephone and site attendance.
- Accountable to customer relationship to deliver best in class services delivered to drive service quality to new height, drives customer satisfaction
- Responsible for timely, professional, accurate and service oriented response to all technical
- Identify and isolates equipment start‐up malfunctions and takes corrective action
- On‐The‐Job Training for customer personnel and possibly dealers in equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities
- To assist the Senior Field Service Engineer /Service Manager in the day‐to‐day operation of the Field Service department.
- Always emphasize on ESH at work and undergo required training periodically.
- To comply with all and any reasonable requests and task assignment made by the Service Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical related fields
- Preferably with power & electrical related knowledge
- No experience welcome, training will be provided
