Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and administrate all relevant contractual matters
• Quantity taking-off and measurement;
• Preparation of cost comparison and analysis of quotations;
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate contract clauses, terms, and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors;
• Preparation of cost comparison and analysis of quotations;
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities (for Tender);
• Prepare cost estimation and project budgeting;
• Submission of progressive claims and variation of orders;
• Evaluate and certify monthly subcontractor's claim; and
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superiors
Working hours: (5 days work per week), Mon- Fri – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Requirements:
• Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or higher qualification;
• 1-3 years relevant experience with the contractor (fresh graduates are welcome to apply);
• Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Residents are preferred;
• Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, and a good team player, are plus points.
