- Manage and prepare all contract documentation and schedules, as well as providing support in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements;
- Have strong knowledge in the market's demands and pricings;
- Review evaluation of variation order request, variation orders, defending claims and providing contractual advice to site team;
- Monitoring contracts and negotiation of final account settlement, drafting settlement agreement, claims for additional payment and EOT;
- Ensure commercial and contractual correspondence with clients are efficiently handled and filed;
- Manage resolution of contractual claims of a wide variety of projects from pre-tender to post-contract stages;
- Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts;
- Liaise with Project Team members to ensure commitments and milestones of subcontracts are achieved and adhered to;
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry
- 5.5 days work week
