Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Care Receptionist

  • Performs receptionist tasks such as greeting customers, scheduling of appointments, handling queries & complains via phone, email or general correspondence.
  • Maintaining a high degree of patient care at the clinic, ensuring that patients have the best experience possible
  • Managing office supplies such as dental products, stationery, equipment and furniture
  • Ensure clinic operations run smoothly. Liaise with with appropriate vendors/department to resolve any issues
  • Submission of dental claims vis CHAS, Medisave and Dental Insurance portals.
  • Administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.

Requirement:

  • Experience in customer service or reception duties
  • Demonstrates good communication skills
  • Applicants with no experience working in dental clinic operations but are willing to learn are welcome to apply
  • Candidate must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun).
