Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Care Receptionist
- Performs receptionist tasks such as greeting customers, scheduling of appointments, handling queries & complains via phone, email or general correspondence.
- Maintaining a high degree of patient care at the clinic, ensuring that patients have the best experience possible
- Managing office supplies such as dental products, stationery, equipment and furniture
- Ensure clinic operations run smoothly. Liaise with with appropriate vendors/department to resolve any issues
- Submission of dental claims vis CHAS, Medisave and Dental Insurance portals.
- Administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.
Requirement:
- Experience in customer service or reception duties
- Demonstrates good communication skills
- Applicants with no experience working in dental clinic operations but are willing to learn are welcome to apply
- Candidate must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun).
