Job Description & Requirements
- Assist Restaurant Manager to manage all day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, Grab & Go and Workspace.
- Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices.
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
- Assist Restaurant Manager on Producing and Prepare employee’s duty roster and shift schedules.
- Assist to Supervise kitchen, operations staff, and provide assistance as needed.
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
- Taking reservations and Handling customer enquiries or complaints for the Restaurant, Grab & Go, and Workspace.
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus agreeing and managing budgets.
- Assist Restaurant Manager on Planning menus, ordering supplies, overseeing stock levels.
- Promoting and marketing the business, keeping statistical and financial records.
- Problem solving, greetings and advising customers.
- Assist Restaurant Manager to keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues.
- Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
- Assist Restaurant Manager to Assess and improve profitability.
- Assist Restaurant Manager to setting targets.
- Handling all day-to-day administration and paperwork.
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers
- Handling of all food orders for dine-in, take away and deliveries.
- Managing orders on all take away or food delivery platforms.
- Work closely with Kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of quality food.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
- Assist Restaurant Manager on making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
- Maintain a prepared, clean, and sanitary work area at all times. To ensure that all staff are compliant to the safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Always ensure compliance with all legally required hygiene and safety practices and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and other relevant areas.
- Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with SFA & other governmental regulations & compliance.
- Perform any other related duties and responsibilities that may be as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Company.
