Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process, encompassing business development, client account management, candidate sourcing, candidates management, and offer management. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

· Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the client base.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships.


Client Account Management:

· Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

· Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery of recruitment services.

· Collaborate with clients to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with their business goals.


Candidate Sourcing:

· Utilize various channels to source and attract top-tier candidates.

· Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

· Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


Candidates Management:

· Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and skill evaluations.

· Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

· Effectively communicate job opportunities, requirements, and client expectations to candidates.


Offer Management:

· Facilitate the negotiation and presentation of job offers.

· Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure smooth and successful onboarding processes.


Qualifications and Skills:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
