Responsibilities:
- Conduct meticulous inspections of vehicles to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
- Perform essential maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire changes, and fluid services.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures to mitigate the risk of accidents and injuries within the workshop.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating repair needs, providing accurate cost estimates, and addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Conduct test drives on vehicles post-repairs to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum professional certificate/Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma/Degree in engineering
- Prior experience in the automotive servicing line is preferred.
- Possess valid Class 3 and 4 driver's license will be an added advantaged
