Responsibilities
1. Process redemption replies to Authorised Motor dealers
2. Pre-process interbank GIRO application forms
3. Perform data entries for financial and non- financial updates to system
4. Pre-process and generate ad hoc letters for Auto Loan customers
5. Perform administrative functions
6. Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately
7. Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager
Requirements
1. Min. 2 year of experience in financial institutions, with Credit operations or knowledge would be an added advantage
2. Proficient in Microsoft office 365 i.e. Excel
3. Ability to multi-tasking and manage different activities
4. Good team player
