Our client is a world leader in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning) equipment & systems, services & solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in project design, including equipment selection and sizing, in alignment with customer specifications.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of HVAC project scopes to facilitate bidding processes.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and participate in pre-bid walkthroughs as necessary. Attend tender clarifications and interviews when requested.

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prepare project proposals, submit and clarify tenders, and manage contractual documents. Maintain regular communication and follow-up to ensure projects adhere to budget, timelines, and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate quotations and track progress for service retrofit projects.
- Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and necessary provisions. Compile supplier quotations, assess quotes, and prepare cost sheets.
- Maintain records of estimates and unit costs for all projects.
- Create Bill of Quantity documents.
- Fulfill any other responsibilities as deemed suitable..
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or Building.
- Possess essential experience and expertise in HVAC/ACMV.
- Exhibit familiarity with various HVAC system types and their components.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical drawings and other construction-related documents.
- Showcase knowledge of commercial HVAC and Mechanical Contracting.
- Bring a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Display strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Possess knowledge or experience in project management, which would be considered advantageous.
