Job Descriptions
- The F&B supervisor is required to manage the overall operations of the venue, including the development and performance management of employees.
- He/she must ensure the team have complete knowledge of F&B offerings, services, promotions and F&B knowledge to promote to guests at point of interaction.
- He/she must actively aid in the recruitment of F&B positions and ensures all mandatory trainings are conducted to achieve the desired service standards.
- He/she will also be required to aid the Manager in operations when required.
Job Requirements
1 year of relevant working experience working in similar roles in the F&B industry
1 year of F&B operations. (BOTH Service and Culinary)
Food Hygiene Certification are needed
Willing to learn and positive attitude
