Job Description:
- Lead a team of minimum 10 personnel
- Provide instant maintenance support and advises to on-site customers
- Capture failures trends and analysis, providing immediate maintenance solutions where possible
- Gather of lessons learnt, improvement and feedback from customer and attend to customer’s reported in-service Feedbacks (incidents)
- Make Post Design Services suggestions to management on any Potential Design & Reliability issues
- Advise customer to adopt the correct maintenance procedures
- Provide an immediate update and information on critical and catastrophic failures
- Create Management awareness with precise failures defects analysis. Immediate remedial actions and improvement and conduct Investigations on customers’ feedbacks to provide solutions.
- Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to relevant technician.
- Communicate Customers’ feedback and requirement for timely response.
- Any other tasks been assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive MRO industry is preferred
- Proficient in reading schematics and part drawing
