Responsibilities
- Monitor end-to-end tracking of orders to ensure timely and accurate updates of works progress.
- Provide timely, accurate and quality of works progress updates to Requesting Licensees.
- To go on-site if needed to tackle site issues or requested by Requesting Licensees.
- Liaise with Building Management/End-User/Contractor on site survey appointment, submission of site survey reports, submission of installation documents and installation appointments.
- Liaise with Requesting Licensees/Contractor/ internal stake holder on projects or work orders.
- Liaise with contractors, Requesting Licensees and internal IT Team to resolve technical problems encountered by order provisioning.
- Verifying of claims submission and material usage from contractor for work done onsite.
- Ensuring the submission of WAH documentation from contractor and assess them accordingly
- Inspecting of sites, documents from contractor to ensure contractor follow operational procedures.
- Improving work processes through internal meeting with relevant departments.
- Fieldwork involves fibre related work such as fibre installation, fibre patching un-patching works, troubleshooting of fibre, attending on-site joint investigations with Requesting licensees and contractors when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Nitec or Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
- NO Experience welcome to apply as on the job training provided
- Hands on experience in Fibre splicing and wiring work
- Have project management experience in dealing with contractors and site supervision
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and communication skills
- A good team player & highly motivated, goal-oriented individual
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision & resilient to challenges
- Able to work at height and in confine space
