Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle the processing of insurance claims for different Marine insurances, including Hull & Machinery, Crew, and Protection & Indemnity classes.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients and insurers, as well as their respective correspondents such as surveyors and claims adjusters.
- Engage in negotiations with underwriters to ensure that clients receive fair and appropriate payment for their claims.
- Collect and compile documents and information related to claims from various parties involved.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or higher qualification.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in processing claims within the Insurance Industry.
