You don’t need to have MICE experience to work with us. We’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, passion and curiosity, driven by our values of care, ownership, trust, passion and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, create, lead and establish Sales opportunities and build effective relationships with potential partners
- Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets are met and exceeded where possible.
- Establish and manage customer relationships and provide value-added services in order to generate new and repeat business.
- Liaise with marketing team to devise and implement sales campaigns.
- Channel customer feedback to the content and marketing teams to help refine the business strategies.
- You will also be required to oversee the event from initial sales process to completion of the event.
- Drive results by soliciting and securing business through proactive, consultative sales approach.
- Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings as necessary to support the customer event experience.
- A proven track record in sales and a strong network of clientele for B2B exhibitions/events.
- Must demonstrate the ability to grow the portfolio by bringing and securing new clients and events.
- Experience in sales with proven track records of closing contracts.
- Fluency in spoken and written English to achieve effective and conclusive business negotiations.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.
- Meticulous, detailed, resourceful, independent and a good team player.
- Current work location is at Braddell, with a relocation to Expo in 2024.
