· Position: Student Experience and Engagement Manager
· Location: Pasir Panjang
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + 20 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Develop key objectives annually and identify suitable opportunities to deliver an overall career services experience.
· Meet with students and graduates and provide successful career placement guidance
· Coordinate planning, and implementation of internship placements for students.
· Develop and conduct relevant career development workshops to develop students’ employability skills.
· Plan and organise relevant industry engagement events to provide opportunities for students to connect with the industry and learn from industry leaders on career and professional development.
· Establish and maintain critical industry networks and communication links and develop strong partnerships with industry.
· Organise career fairs and/or participate in career fairs organised by external parties or employer partner events.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· At least possess a Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer service/administrative role
· Prior experience in the educational sector would be an advantage
· Experienced in working with international students would be advantageous
· Proven ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
· Able to lead and manage staffs
