Looking for a Singaporean candidate to fill the position of PMO Executive Admin with Project Admin experience, 1-2 years of experience in Billing Operation / PMO and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
1 year Contract under agency (Renewable)
Salary: $2800 - $3500 (depend on relevant exp)
Incentive of performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to reporting manager’s appraisal & approval will be release
Working Location: Revenue House (Novena)
Working Hour: 8:30am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)
Requirement:
- Singaporean
- O level / ITE in Engineering / IT
- Project Management experience
- Must have 1 - 2 years Billing Operation /PMO
- MS Office (Excel) & MS Office (Power Point -Presentation)
- Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Meticulous, Positive attitude, Self-motivated
- Good Communication Skills (both verbal & written)
- Well organized and able to reschedule priorities as circumstances change
- Proactive and able to act on own initiative
Job Description:
Perform daily operations role and responsible for the day-to-day PMO Admin.
Responsible for the general administration and smooth running of a project office. To assist PMO Lead/manager to implement PMO procedures during the project life cycle and monitor project performance.
Capacity Management:
- Assist Capacity Manager to generation the monthly report to all team
- Coordinate and liaise with different team for report submission
- Meet the cut-off time of report submission
- Submission and present to customer for the final report
Project Asset Management/EOSL tracking:
- Assist Config Manager to generation the monthly report to all team and report product EOS status
- Coordinate and liaise with different team for report submission
- Meet the cut-off time of report submission
- Submission and present to customer for the final report
- Config Librarians to ensure that CMDB is updated and accurate
Project Document Management:
- Ensure various document owner comply with the document control procedure
- Assist in Annual Document Review.
Handling Project Onboarding/Off-boarding:
- Ensure staff onboarding and off-boarding comply with the established procedure
- Ensure the DC3 staff list are accurately updated
- Monitoring DC3 staff meet the mandatory training requirement
Support to Audit Activities:
- Assist PM/PD for Annual Audit Event. (Internal and External Audit).
- Ensure all audit item track and close.
Support to Project Management Office (PMO):
- To assist for PMO, e.g.: Asset administration, etc.
- Conduct Annual Asset Verification/Checking.
Track, Monitor and Report Service Request status:
- Work with various team leads to monitor and track the status of service request
- Provide monthly reporting of the SR status
Others:
- Assist to maintain Offsite staff welfare.
- Meeting Room Booking
- Assist in Team Event
