Responsibilities
· Perform DFM & Mold design to meet drawing specifications / customer requirements.
· Responsible for timely submission of DFM.
· Perform Mold Design, prepare detailed drawing and BOM.
· Ensure timely commencement and completion of all design tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
· Actively participate in Mold design review.
· Interact with team for continual improvement in design to facilitate tool making and improve molding process.
· Attend mold trial with project engineer to validate outcome required for mold improvement.
Requirements
· Certificate in Mold Design / Technology relevant to toolmaking and precision engineering.
. Minimum 6 years of experience in Mold design.
· Knowledgeable and experienced in Siemens NX software for mold design.
· Knowledgeable and experienced in Mold Flow analysis.
