We are looking for a Corporate Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Corporate Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and exceed their expectations at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to COMPANY’s (and GROUP’s) Sales Revenue, Profitability and Manage clients’ expectations
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Sell products & services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending optimal solutions
- Create winning value proposals / quotations with clear propositions in terms of design, specifications, availability including after-sales delivery and maintenance
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvement
- Identify product & services improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Prepare cost sheets and maintaining accurate ongoing costing or expenses for sales related orders with intent on maximizing profitability or cost reduction
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing useful and relevant information
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards at all times
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge and/or accreditations
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as and when needed
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Manage the availability of stock for sales and demonstration
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections rationally with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Coordinate fulfilment and services delivery with internal staff, colleagues and stakeholders
- Participate in implementation activities of sales orders made to the company, providing exceptional customer experience through seamless teamwork service delivery
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams from time to time
- Manage and improve vendor/partner relationships to achieve desirable outcomes for the company at all times
