As a management trainee, you will be exposed to various setup of the business and be taught business development skills through on-the-job training. You will gain practical experience and exposure necessary for growing a career in a fintech company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program to learn about our company products.
- Participate in marketing brainstorming and tactical planning.
- Learn and understand how company system works and providing backend support where needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
