  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports clients
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc
  • Issue Invoice, DO, Quotation using Xero software
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Maintains stocks inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level via Xero Software
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Microsoft Office, accounting software Skills, Online skills
