- Handling Customer Enquiries Thru phone or walk-ins
- Assisting Customers with special request etc.
- Assigning tables allocation to individual reservations made
- Handling bills
- Establish relationships with customers with a positive customer experience feeling after every contact.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in guest relations/customer service or related field
- Able to work in a team, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working Hours: 5 day work week, shift based
- Location: Promenade
- Salary: Up to $3200
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice
