- Develop end to end business growth strategies and Go-To-Market plans, implementing plans at an operational level to facilitate meeting of the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Ensuring appropriate assistance in the pre-sales phase; guide technical proposals and support during FEED projects phases. Enabling regional sales team in driving and developing the business for Digital Solutions.
- Delivering consulting projects, creating business optimization tool sets, help increasing efficiency.
- Provides technical leadership and mentoring of Operations staff to ensure efficient accomplishment of digital solutions excellence. Develop competency and execution plans to ensure organizational readiness in delivering digital safety and security solutions.
- Develop new offerings for Digital Solutions for safety and security in partnership with the global HIMA team, existing and potential new partners.
- Working closely with the global teams to ensure the transfer of knowledge and the global support for the region.
- Promote the Digital Solutions at events, conferences and customer seminars or meetings. Development of the relationship to key influencers in the market and represent HIMA in relevant working groups and committees.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, digitalisation or related field
- > 10 years in software solutions, functional safety management, cyber security or asset operational management
- Functional Safety Management, Industrial Cyber Security certifications, member of working groups, speaker in events
