· Position: Senior Finance Executive (General Ledger)
· Location: Sin Ming
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm/8.30am-6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 Basic Salary + AWS + GOOD Variable Bonus (2-5 Months)
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Assist the finance manager in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly management reports
· Prepare monthly accounts, including the preparation and post of recurring journal entries
· Perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet
· Prepare GST return, corporate tax and deferred taxation and liaise with tax agent to ensure timely filing
· Engage with external financial auditors on audit, tax and accounting issues to ensure smooth closure of year-end financial audit
· Project accurate cash flow and coordinate inter-companies balances within the group for payments and receipts
· Perform analytical review of schedules and preparation of monthly management reports
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· At least Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in General Ledger
· Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and PowerPoint
· Experience in SAP and BPC would be highly advantageous.
