You will be responsible for advising and guiding adult learners on their education and training needs. You get to understand their career goals and objectives, and then recommend relevant programs to meet those goals. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to adult learners in selecting relevant programs based on their career goals and interests
- Answer inquiries from potential learners or clients seeking partnership
- Suggest ways to identify potential training gaps and recommend future courses
Provide administrative support for program enrolment and payment processes
- Be familiar with the range of funding assistance available and keep up to date on any new funding assistance for the adult learning industry
- Possess excellent program knowledge (eg. requirements, assessments, timing, etc.)
- Monitor learners’ feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective learners and stakeholders to increase enrollment and customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in adult learning
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks (eg. event emceeing, research leads, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in similar role is advantageous
- Based in Singapore
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet monthly targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales executive or associate role is advantageous
- Keen interest in adult education
This is a full-time position with benefits package. Commissions on top of basic pay and progression to lead a team.
