· Preparation of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors
· Preparation of subcontract agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order etc
· Quantity measurement and preparation of progress claims and variation claims to Client and Consultants
· Evaluation of subcontractor’s progress claims, variation claim and recommend to team Manager for the interim payment certificates until final account settlement
· Monitoring of subcontractors’ work progress and schedule
· Liaise with Clients, Consultants for QS and contract related issues
. Other duties as assigned
· At least 5 years of relevant site experience in Singapore building projects
· Understanding of structural and architectural finishing works for building projects
· Understanding of PSSCOC
· Familiar with MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD etc
· Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
. Experience in a project for more than one hundred million dollars as a main contractor is mandatory
