Job Responsibilities:
- Support in annual Planning and projections
- Liaise with channels heads and departments for plan numbers.
- Prepare templates and narratives to Regional Office.
- Prepare slides on financial performance for Board, MA & Audit Committee meetings.
- Submission of plan numbers to HO via internal system
- Prepare and upload of plan numbers in Oracle system
- Support in financial projections for MAS ORSA and stress test.
- Prepare monthly flash results to management
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Accounting qualification or proven work experience in insurance or brokers industry
- Working experience in financial planning and analysis or financial reporting in general insurance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good spreadsheet skills and presentation slides
- Adequate knowledge of insurance laws/guidelines and International Financial Reporting Standards
- Commercial understanding of the insurance business
- Good appreciation of financial accounting/internal controls
- Good team player and interpersonal skills
