Job Description
- Perform medi facial treatments, slimming and firming maintenance treatments
- Capable to use & apply aesthetic treatment machines
- Attend to clients’ needs and provide professional advice on pre and post-treatment care
- Ensure cleanliness of treatment room, thorough sterilization of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables
- Assist in scheduling and following up clients’ appointments
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the medical spa industry
- CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, or other beauty-related qualifications
- Service-oriented and customer-focused
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Able to handle queries and concerns from English, Mandarin and Putonghua speaking counterparts in regards with the translated documents related matter
- Wiling to work retail hours
