- Lead groups of english speaking international and local students ages 6-18 on field trips out in nature.
- Teach students about wildlife, bushcraft, survival skills, or adventure activities
- Lead group games, team building and curriculum oriented reflections
- Encourage students to expand beyond their comfort zone and into their growth zone in a safe environment
- Liaise with teachers to ensure that the team is meeting their learning objectives
