1. Coordinate booking, payment, usage and security with the
HOD PE & CCA, School Admin Team and relevant parties
for the School Astro Turf and Indoor Sports Hall by internal
and external parties.
2. Provide monthly overview of facilities usage to HOD PE &
CCA & OM
3. Ensure that the school Astro Turf, Indoor Sports Hall and
surrounding facility is clean after the usage.
4. Ensure that the School Astro Turf is in good condition for
usage by combing the turf
5. Opening and closing of the shutter to the sports facilities.
6. Ensure the security measures and cleanliness of the school
gym are maintained
7. Monitor the maintenance of the gym equipment and ensure
that the vendor does the maintenance of the equipment.
