Our Client is dealing with Vacuum Solutions, Equipment & System.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of administrative duties.
- Organizing and facilitating weekly staff meetings, as well as recording minutes during these meetings.
- Coordinating both overseas and local supplier shipments.
- Handling incoming phone calls.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders (POs).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications include 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum educational requirement is a Degree.
