· Position: Piping Engineer
· Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided)
· Working Hours: 5.5 working days, Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am – 12pm
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,300 Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Study the project requirement, specification, scope of work and scope supply and other requirements stated
· Attend periodical meeting with client to discuss on the engineering clarification and engineering status:
· Technical Query (TQR)
· Piping Insulation Document & Drawing Status (isometric drawings, P&ID’s, Piping GA’s, etc.)
· Engineering Clarification / Proposal
· Responsible for the master material take off (MTO), procurement of insulation materials and to expedite delivery for materials
· Coordinate with fabricator and project team for the execution of insulation work
· Prepare necessary documents for additional claim/instruction to sub-contractor (JCS/JCR/Site Instruction/Timesheet “A” and “AA”).
· Supervise fabrication and installation of piping items are in accordance with drawings and clients specifications
· Organize and control shop fabrication activities
Requirements:
· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· At least 3 years of experience in marine/shipyard operations involving site piping fabrication and supervision works
· Proficient in MS Office applications (ie. Microsoft Excel)
