Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of SA (Special Application, previously known as Special Original Equipment), you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing business potentials in new market segments.
- Developing new distribution structures and improving existing channels.
- Managing and implementing business development plans or projects cross functionally to maximize or realize business opportunities.
- Developing and executing sales strategies and business development plans in the assigned regions to meet company’s aggressive growth and revenue plan.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Is passionate, independent, meticulous, takes initiative and possesses strong enthusiasm to succeed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good team player, able to work effectively cross functionally to achieve desired results.
- Ability to travel within region (40%).
