· Position: Finance Officer
· Location: Sin Ming
· Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5.30pm/8.30am-6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + GOOD Variable Bonus (1-4 Months BONUS)

Main Responsibilities:
· To prepare accurate and concise general ledger reconciliation for 3 entities.
· Prepare and submit timely monthly schedules to internal and external parties.
· Assist the billing department.
· Prepare the necessary accounts receivable journals and timely submission to GL team.
· Any other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
· Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of relevant experience required (preferably in General Ledger or Accounts Receivable).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
