Performs a key role in supporting the assigned residency Programme Director and programme team in the coordination and management of the residency programme, including accreditation of the programme.
He / She shall also assist in the fulfilment of their mission to provide the best learning environment and quality medical education for Singapore’s next generations of medical professionals.
Working together with the PD and program team, the Programme Coordinator is responsible for:
- Programme Accreditation and Management
- Administering and Maintaining a Conducive Educational Environment
- Resident Recruitment, Selection, Appointment, Management and Development; and
- Faculty Appointment, Management and Development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year of work experience
- Prior work experience in the education administration or healthcare industry is an advantage
