The Job
· Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers.
· Ensure all call activities are conducted in line to the quality standard.
· Update customer information in the database.
The Talent
· Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales
· Sales driven and possess can-do attitude.
· BCP & PGI certificates (once offered need to pass both papers in order to start work)
