Purpose
The Global Director of Partnerships & New Business is the driving force in the establishment, growth, and management of strategic partnerships and alliance relationships. Focusing on fostering relationships with various partners, identifying new partnership opportunities and managing existing relationships. Responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding brand presence.
Key Responsibilities and key result area’s
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Defining strategy and planning to expand market impact through various partners.
- Managing new and existing partnerships for performance, by growing lead generation and joint business referral.
- Identifying and investigating new partnerships and business opportunities and negotiate commercial partnership with a focus on joint business together, with the purpose to support and advise the CEO.
- Preparing business cases in line with Roll Group’s strategy.
- Developing joint marketing opportunities and go-to-market plans with partners, working closely together with the Business Development and Sales team.
- Collaborating closely with the Global Commercial Director to share best practices and drive strategic & commercial outcomes in the partner channel.
- Lead and further develop the department, both in terms of strategy and human capital (right person right seat)
- Identify short and long-term company goals and translate these to department goals
- Responsible for coaching and development of team members and regularcheck ins to ensure employees are doing well and department/company goals are achieved
- Through your department team ensure complete, accurate, and timely execution and delivery
- Responsible for department budget
- Owner of global Roll Group processes in line with scope of duty
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by manager or supervisor.
