Job description:
- Prepare the commissioning before going on site
- Schedule and conduct daily tests according to commissioning
- Required installation of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Participation in level 6-5-4-3-2-1 testing on site
- Act as sparring partner towards the customer
- Ensure that time schedules are kept
- Analyse and solve problems that may influence the commissioning
- Participate in building and safety meetings
- Training for the customer of operators, service staff, etc.
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements in internal BGMS
- Act as daily BEUMER Group safety representative on-site and ensure observance of safety regulations
- Daily contact to customer and project management at BEUMER Group as well as to other suppliers on-site
- Preparation of progress reports, log lists, budgets as well as up-date of documentation on-site
- Plan own and local employees work every day.
- Ad-hoc site support
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
- More than10 years relevant experience in commissioning of automation industry control systems.
- Experience in airport BHS PLC control system
- Proficient in Siemens-S7 (or TIA) PLC programming
- Committed and good team player with the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical abilityAble to travel more than 350 days a year worldwide
- Able to work in a culturally diverse environment
