Job Description:

  • Report to the Project Manager & Project Director.
  • Manage your team to work with project team, LTA and various stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement the Communications, Stakeholder Relations and Community Relations strategy for the Project.
  • Identify and manage issues and risks pertaining to the project and escalate issues and risks to the management.
  • Manage responses to all project related communications matters and attend stakeholder meetings as required.
  • Liaise with construction team, public and key stakeholders to respond to project in the shortest time and effectively manage concerns raised.
  • Liaise with the construction team to ensure the public and stakeholders are notified in advance of works.
  • Develop and communicate to the public and stakeholder awareness and risk minimization programs across inductions and presentations.
  • Monitor effectiveness of the public and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Input communications and stakeholder activities into the project stakeholder database and project reporting cycles.
  • Develop strategies to achieve best possible results with project KRA and KPI.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company's policies, processes, systems and procedures.
  • Maintain records of all PR related cases, communications and correspondences.
  • Participate in project's meeting, record minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project, write reports and prepare presentation slides.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/ management deem fit such as managing hotline.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in in disciplines relevant to public relations, journalism, stakeholder management, marketing or mass communication.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in communications & stakeholder management for major infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in leading project or specialist function activities within major organizations.
  • Good team working skills and communication skills to interest with various stakeholders.
  • Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage.
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage.
  • Willing to work in site office.
