1. Lead the development, review, and enhancement of laboratory operational planning and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize operational costs.
2. Develop and implement control plans and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for laboratory processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Act as the primary liaison between the laboratory and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to address technical and quality-related matters.
4. Provide laboratory support for small-scale blending of new formulations to facilitate the growth of new business initiatives.
5. Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO9001, ISO18001, ISO14001, SS506, and ISO17025 management systems within the laboratory.
