Job Duties
- Review the technical aspect of OCTG tenders and RFQs, and complete tender review forms.
- Review the technical aspect of contract and orders and participate in the contract review meetings.
- Conduct product testing and prepare test reports.
- Create 3D models and drawing using SolidWorks.
- Perform FE analysis using SolidWorks and Abaqus.
- Respond to technical queries.
- Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechancial Engineering
- 1 – 3 years of work experience (preferred)
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry (upstream)
- Intermediate skills with CAD software, eg. SolidWorks or AutoDesk Inventor.
- Trained in technical writing
- Effective communicator
- Knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas industry and API standards is preferred.
