Job Summary
The Program Manager will be accountable for the successful completion of InterSystems Corporation (TrakCare) assigned projects. The Program Manager is the ambassador to the customers in which we are implementing solutions as well as being the escalation point between the customer and InterSystems Corporation. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are running on time and to budget and where possible will work with the client to consider other solutions we are able to provide to them. It is also imperative that the Program Manager works actively to continually maintain and develop relationships that are realised in revenue streams. The Program Manager will moreover be responsible for continuing to build in- house implementation capability to support the market growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects both remotely and locally in Indonesia and Singapore
- Deliver high standards of customer satisfaction
- The creation of clear client engagement and delivery processes and structures
- The embedding of clear and agile ways of operating, reducing the scope for ambiguity, local variability and non-transparent costs
- The reduction of man-days used for delivery for each engagement, and the consequent creation of higher-value ‘consulting’ capability
- Improved levels of customer service and quality
- Ensuring projects are delivered to time, budget and service levels
- Evolving the function to improve quality, specification and efficiency
- Sharing effectively scarce skilled resources
- Ensuring optimal usage of resources and balancing the development and delivery load between central and local capabilities

- Be the ambassador to the customers for whom he/she is implementing solutions and the escalation point between the customer and InterSystems Corporation
- Support the general manager on pre-sales activities in terms of customer solution, time line, budget, cost, etc.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects at the same time, provide leadership and guidance to the project team; use influential and persuasive skills to mobilize internal and external resource to achieve the necessary results
- This role requires a commitment to up to 70-80% travel
- Other duties may be directed by the Company from time to time
Experience and Qualifications
- Extensive experience (10 years+), and a successful track record of delivering services and overseeing implementation projects
- Clinical background (Nurse, Doctor)
- Good understanding of Information technology solutions
- The ability to identify, attract and motivate a first class professional team, well integrated within InterSystems global organization. Must be effective in inspiring
- Customer Relationship Management. The ability to think creatively and manage customer relationships in delivering top quality services and solutions. This should include successful interaction with top executives of major organizations, and must be recognized for his or her abilities in understanding business needs, their problems, propose valuable solutions and communicate them objectively and effectively
- Result orientation. Demonstrate a track record of consistently delivering high quality services within target budget. Evidences of this competency are shown by establishing and achieving goals that push the team to the required levels in quality, timing and budgets, identifying alternatives that compensate for possible adverse situations
- Project Management and Technical expertise. The ability to manage multi projects
- Simultaneously, using effective project management tools. Must also understand the technology involved in delivering solutions
- Familiar with health care activities. The ability to understand the needs for a successful health care/ hospital operation. Alternatively must prove abilities in learning fast specific requirements of complex operations
- Must be fluent in Indonesian Bahasa and English, Mandarin is optional
Education and Training
- PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent Certification
- Clinical/Medical degree from an accredited American University is preferred
