PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Why the job exists and its contribution.
- Drafting/Review of civil and structural drawings and Building Plans for client approval, authority submissions, tender, and construction works.
- Coordinate with Agencies for ST/BP/TOP/CSC Approvals and Site Inspection works
- Support design development during the planning stage and detailed design stage and construction stage
- Make all electronic submissions to authorities, liaise with authorities to get approval.
- Support the Engineers in the day-to-day execution of projects.
- Attending meetings on design matters when required.
- Undertake project coordination and contract administration works.
- Provide training to junior staffs
- Conformance to CKM’s quality assurance system.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in drafting works with engineering consultants or contractors in Singapore.
- Conversant with submissions to various local authorities like URA, BCA, CBPU, LTA, NPARKS, FSSD, etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with BIM and Euro code detailing
