Job Description
- Manage and oversee multiple levels in the Project Department (Snr. Engineers, Engineers, Draftsman, Supervisors etc)
- Involves highly in implementation and enforcement of new initiatives and disciplinary practices with the department.
- Strategic Planning for the Project team.
- Ensure projects are carried out by Engineers accordingly to tender specifications and customer requirements.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning the relevant team to be involved in the project.
- Review projects’ schedules and ensure timely submission of Authorities’ documents.
- Closely monitor the materials consumption and man hours allocated to the projects and ensure it does not exceed the quantities quoted.
- It is mandatory to document all correspondences related to the Project and perform testing and inspection with customers to witness to prevent any unnecessary conflicts in the future.
- Strictly adhere to all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements at all times.
- All drawings and correspondences must be well documented.
- Project Engineers are responsible to conduct frequent site checks weekly to ensure the installation and progress is correct and ahead of schedule and control is in place.
- All engineering issues must be resolved and it is the responsibility of the Project Engineers to attend meetings with the Plumber/ Main-contractor or Consultant.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when instructed by Management.

- Preferably, comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal regulations (CP 51)
- Preferably, Possess a Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- Preferably, Must be proficient in AutoCad, and Revit BIM and Microsoft Office.
