MANAGEMENT ANALYST

The Management Analyst will be acting an HR Organizational Analysis personnel and report to the Group HRD, he/she has to apply principles of psychology and organizational development research including Humanity, engagement; Benchmark analysis & market analysis of HR Functions and designing relevant structures. You will be responsible for


  • General data analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities for the existing processes
  • Lead the diagnosing of issues relating to organizational needs and team effectiveness using data such as engagement surveys, focus group discussions or interviews and derive meaningful insights to leaders.
  • Research, design and implement people and organizational development strategies and interventions that aligns with the organizational goals, vision and culture based on diagnosis.
  • Analyse organizational data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, presenting to departmental stakeholders and leaders and continuously make adjustments for improvements.
  • Drive the change management of the organization's strategic goals, culture and mindset working through other HR members at times or directly with Departmental stakeholders, providing information, advice and services when required.
  • Tupport talent selection and management, especially high-performing individuals to identify, retain and develop them for critical roles within the organization through development and interpretation of various existing psychological assessments and selection tools.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and industry trends in OD and make recommendations for improvements
  • Data manipulation & analysis for data from various regions
  • Providing market insights on payroll & total rewards
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience manipulating and deriving insights from large datasets; adept in using data analytics to draw insights from data and visualization tools for the presentation of data to effectively convey meaningful insights.

Requirements

  • Strong academic pedigree statistics/investment professional with 2+ years of PMO experiences or similar who is a also a digital native and willing to work as an HR professional
  • Must be able to use MS office, Power BI etc at a professional level to provide professional Data visualization, demographics, able to use SPSS、SQL、Python;
  • Experienced in designing methodologies, people analysis and frameworks to analyse people problems and develop recommendations for action
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders at all levels across different regions.
  • Proven capabilities in strategic thinking, critical thinking, analysis, communication and stakeholder management
  • Experienced in handling complex and scalable HR projects
